Hot Springs Training & Consulting, LLC is a locally owned and operated safety training and consulting firm based in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We specialize in delivering high-quality, hands-on training programs that equip individuals and organizations with the skills and certifications they need to respond confidently in critical situations.
Our founder brings years of hands-on experience in emergency response, occupational safety, and workforce training — working with businesses, first responders, and community organizations across the region. Founder & Lead Instructor
With decades of hands-on experience in emergency response, occupational safety, team development and environmental knowledge, our founder has trained hundreds of professionals and organizations across Central Arkansas, and the Gulf of America. He brings real-world expertise from field work, incident management, and safety program development.
His passion for practical, engaging safety education drives every training program we deliver. He believes that quality instruction shouldn't be one-size-fits-all — which is why our courses are tailored to your industry, your team, and your specific challenges. When not teaching, he's committed to staying current with the latest safety standards, certifications, and best practices to ensure HSTC remains a trusted resource for professional development both in the region, and throughout the United States.

American Red Cross
The American Red Cross, is part of the world's largest humanitarian network, training over 9.000.000 people annually. As a licensed training provider of the American Red Cross, HSTC issues Red Cross Certifications, with students receiving a digital wallet sized card and a printable certification. American Red Cross certifications may be scanned and verified in the American Red Cross network.
HSI
HSI (Formerly ASHI, EMS, Medic First Aid), is a leader in work-place health and safety training. HSI is the largest OSHA outreach trainer, and is often chosen by Industry and Construction for workplace CPR, First Aid, and AED Usage. HSTC is a licensed provider and a licensed sales agent, allowing us to provide AED's and accessories. Students training with HSI programs receive a digital printable wallet sized certification card, and a QR code to verify training.
Veriforce PEC
Veriforce PEC is a global leader in contractor management and training. BASIC 7.0 (formerly SafeLand) is seen as the standard in Oil & Gas, and industrial training. HSTC is proud to be the only Veriforce PEC licensed training center in Arkansas, teaching the level of courses that we do. Students with Veriforce, will receive a physical photo, wallet training card, which can be scanned and verified indefinitely in their global lookup databse.
New Environment
New Environment, Inc., has been a national leader in environmental training since 1989. Providing training in HAZOM, HAZWOPER, Confined Space and more, known for the meticulous detail and in depth training. Students who train through New Environment receive both a wallet photo card, and printed certificate of completion.
Pet Emergency Education
Pet Emergency Education is a leading provider of certified animal first aid and CPR training, internationally recognized for its commitment to empowering pet owners and animal care professionals with vital emergency care skills. Their courses, meticulously developed by experienced veterinary professionals, provide in-depth instruction on a wide range of topics, from first aid techniques to handling emergencies. Students training will receive a digital, printable certification
NASP
The National Association of Safety Professionals (NASP) initially offered workplace safety in-house training on a contract basis to business and industry. NASP is now a global leader and provides provides professional certifications. HSTC is privileged to be a member of NASP, and through its Confined Space Program Manager credential, teaches its Confined Space Rescue Program.
